In this guided session, we work gently but clearly to uncover where you may be stuck in self-doubt, overthinking, hesitation, approval-seeking, or internalized beliefs about worth, readiness, or permission. Together, we locate the real signal, name the friction, and design a small but meaningful next step that honours your life instead of your fear.
