They say people buy into you.
Not the program. Not the course. Not the blog. Not the next trend coming through a coaching industry where everyone seems to have another formula for your life. People want to know who is behind the work. Who is doing the talking? What matters to that person when the presentation is over and the conversation becomes real?
So, Who Am I?
I could list my qualifications, the things I teach, and the problems I help people work through. Those things matter. But they will only tell you so much about who I am, what moves me, and why I care so deeply about what happens inside a human life. If that is where you want to start, then click on what you want to discover first.
For those who want to begin with my substance, continue reading here. Let’s start with what might show where our lives meet in the middle and share common ground…
My inner life runs deep. There are layers and compartments. Whole worlds of stories, questions, and connections beneath the surface of what you see. I can be thinking about something someone said long after the conversation has ended, still turning it over, hearing something in it I did not catch the first time. A passing comment can become a page of writing. A question can follow me into a song. There is usually much more happening inside me than I know how to explain in a casual introduction.
I am a writer, an author, and a lyricist. So much of what I write begins somewhere deep within my own story and becomes intricately woven with the stories people entrust to me. I am moved by the glimpses I am given of someone’s inner world: what they carry, what they hope for, what they have survived, and what they are still trying to understand about themselves. Sometimes the truest message I want to communicate finds its way into music because a song gives me room to say something I have struggled to explain any other way.
And I love CONVERSATION. Deep conversation. Intense conversation. Meaningful, lively, colorful dialogue where we can be curious, disagree, laugh, reconsider, and find ourselves somewhere neither of us expected to go. I enjoy the hard conversations—the ones that ask us to stay present when an easy answer would be more comfortable. When someone pauses and says, “I have never told anybody this before,” I understand that I have been entrusted with something. I want to meet that moment with the care it deserves.
I welcome the subjects we have been taught to avoid and the questions we struggle to ask because we are afraid someone will label us before they understand us. I want to hear what you tried, what failed, what you hoped would happen, and what you are beginning to see differently. You do not have to arrive with a polished lesson about your messy life. Sometimes we are still inside the mess, trying to find language for it, unsure which parts belong to us and which parts we have been carrying for everybody else.
I am honoured to be invited into that process. Into the realizations and uncomfortable discoveries. Into the moment someone begins questioning a belief they have organized their whole life around. Into the gradual recognition that being capable does not mean they must perform perfectly, and being loved does not have to mean earning everyone’s approval. I love the honesty of those conversations, including the uncertainty. We can give something our attention before we know exactly what to do with it.
I read a lot. I love studying Hebrew and exploring the questions it opens about human potential, responsibility, and the soul finding its way home. I am drawn to the things we hurry past or quickly brush away, because there is often a whole story tucked inside something we have barely given a second thought. I want to understand how people arrive at the meanings they live by, what those meanings make possible, and what happens when they begin to question them.
And I love the ordinary stories, too. Tell me about something that happened in your day, the conversation you are still thinking about, or the idea you cannot seem to leave alone. I love hearing people talk about what is possible. There is something beautiful about watching a person give a dream enough room to be spoken aloud, then begin taking ownership of the potential they have spent years dismissing. I love seeing someone discover that they can believe in what God planted in them from the beginning—and choose to participate in its becoming.
And yes, this person is also your coach and private mentor. I can help you develop your inner leadership quality, navigate a difficult conversation, strengthen communication at work, or build a culture where trust, boundaries, accountability, and repair have room to co-exist. We can work through insecurity, fear, disappointment, or the second-guessing that keeps interrupting your next step. I enjoy helping people understand what is happening beneath their reactions and develop the capacity to respond in ways they can respect afterward.
I believe this is the driving force behind all inner transformation—dialogue, language we use to connect our lives to meaning, contentment, and fulfillment.
I also teach, design, develop methods, and help people turn a vision into a workable strategy. I can work with your own materials to ghostwrite and develop your intellectual property, helping you draw out the ideas, language, and connections you have struggled to organize. Sometimes our work is about finding your footing. Sometimes it is about giving form to something you have carried for years and are finally ready to build.
There is range here because there is range in me. Underneath it is a consistent desire: to help people become strong while staying connected to their humanity. Strong enough to ask themselves an honest question, take responsibility, hold a boundary, remain teachable, and use their influence with care. Our words, our power, and our posture affect the people around us. We have choices to make about how we steward them, including in the ordinary moments when nobody is keeping score.
This is the work of staying human under pressure. Being ready for life. Showing up and pulling life force from the mundane moments.
I also love to open up about faith and spirituality. The raw and the real in breaking free from performative practices. Becoming enjoined in presence rituals that animate the soul.
If something here catches your soul and gives you fresh breath in your day, that is what I want you to invest in: the message, the work, and the possibility of what we can bring to life together. I want to make room for conversations that help us see more clearly and practices that help us live what we are beginning to understand.
I am Danielle. This is a little of the person behind the work, and I would love to know the story behind the person reading this. What is something about you that people rarely stay long enough to discover?
